Shipping Policy
To ensure your package is delivered promptly and within the advertised time frames, please ensure your address is accurately entered with all relevant details. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Carriers:
We ship within the U.S. using DHL. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Other carrier options may be used, and we reserve the right to change carriers as necessary.
Processing Time:
All orders are subject to a processing period, which is separate from shipping times. Depending on several factors, domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Orders: Up to 4 business days
- Expedited Orders: Up to 3 business days
- Rush Orders: Up to 1 business day
Please note that processing times are estimated and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Timelines:
For U.S. orders, delivery can take between 1-12 business days from the date it is shipped, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped. We typically ship using USPS or UPS, but reserve the right to choose alternative carriers to meet shipping needs.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Malika Knives, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any refunds issued.
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS, but expedited shipping is not available for PO Box addresses.
Delivery Policy:
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for store credit or reshipment. Malika Knives does not assume responsibility for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but we will review each case individually.
Delivery Claims:
We will assist in working with the carrier to complete a claim. Please note that the claims process can take up to 30 days, depending on the carrier used.
Malika Knives is not responsible for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for confirmed deliveries.
Out of Stock Items:
If your order contains multiple items and one or more are out of stock, we will ship the available items and refund you for the out-of-stock items.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping:
Malika Knives reserves the right to require customers to use a verified common shipping and billing address for certain orders. We may limit, refuse, or cancel orders at any time due to the following:
- Excessive returns history involving damaged, missing, or altered items
- Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity
We also reserve the right to limit or refuse returns to customers based on similar activities.
